My name is Julia Dolan and I am the Head of Support Services. I have worked with schools for over 15 years. My background includes commercial finance, audit and accountancy experience and I have a 1st class honours degree in business administration. My current role is focussed on ensuring the services that we deliver to schools meet their needs. I am passionate about supporting schools and ensuring that our interactions are as positive as they can be

Libby Wragg

My name is Libby Wragg and I am responsible for HR professional services. I have worked with schools and children’s services for 12 years, and have a broad HR experience including employee relations, job evaluation, and training and development. I currently lead our team of professional HR Advisers working with schools. I believe that a strong partnership between schools leaders and HR and local knowledge are key to excellent customer service.

Lynn Wright

Hello. My name is Lynn Wright and I am the Payroll and Pensions Manager. I have over 25 years experience in local government pensions and more recently my working with schools has encompassed teachers’ pensions and payroll. I am a firm believer in delivering a quality service by getting things right first time.

Jo Spencer

My name is Jo Spencer and I am the Finance and Business Development Manager. I have worked with schools for 5 years. My background includes system accountancy, budget monitoring and finance training. I am AAT qualified and studying towards the CIMA qualification. My current role is focussed on supporting schools with implementation of appropriate financial systems and financial management practices appropriate in their newly formed Academy

Tracey Riches

My name is Tracey Riches and I am the Finance Services Manager. I have worked in schools finance for over 15 years and prior to that I worked in private sector banking. I am AAT qualified. I currently lead our team of finance officers who provide direct support to schools. I also deliver a comprehensive finance training package to schools. I love working in the education sector and am keenly aware of the impact that good financial management has on the outcomes of young people.

Kevin Baldwin

My name is Kevin Baldwin and I am the Transactional Services Manager. I have worked with schools in Finance and HR for over 20 years. My current role is focussed on providing a processing and helpline service to meet individual schools needs.
